The user receives basic training on camera and audio controls as well as tips on how to make the videoconference more successful.
Support
CTS offers on-site support for the duration of those videoconferences which require multipoint conferencing or have other special needs. All users receive information on how to contact immediate support personnel in the event any problems arise.
Feedback
CTS would like to hear from you. Let us know how your videoconferencing experience was by completing a short survey . You have the option to make your feedback annoynmous.
Other Conferencing services
The Baylor University Electronic Library also offers two other kinds of conferencing services:
Satellite Downlink
CTS uses a satellite to connect to certain broadcasts for schools and organizations across campus. Once the user provides the satellite coordinates to the Electronic Library, the conference will be broadcast on cable channel 66 anywhere on the local campus.
Teleconferencing
CTS also offers teleconferencing services to users on campus. Once the user secures a location on campus that has a live phone jack installed, the Electronic Library provides a speakerphone with expandable microphones and utilizes exceptional audio technology to make the conference as clear as possible.
