What do we do?
We are the Electronic Library's Resources and Collection Management Services Unit. We manage the technology-based resources and services within the library including, but not limited to:

• Assist with collection development for electronic resources
• Manage BearCat, the Libraries' online catalog
• Digitize the scholarly materials that are found in libraries throughout the campus and make them accessible through the Baylor Digital Collections
• The Libraries web site
• Provide off-campus access to electronic resources
• Implement Open URL Technology, represented by BU InfoLinks
• Provide RefWorks and RefShare Bibliographic Management Service
• Provide TurnItIn Plagiarism Prevention/Detection Service

Eric Ames
Curator of Digital Collections
Enhances access to digital collections by providing contextual information, curated collections, and public outreach.

Austin Schneider
Digital Collections Consultant -- Texas Collection
Develops digital collections primarily from The Texas Collection.

Stephen Bolech
Audio Specialist for the Black Gospel Music Restoration Project
Digitizes and documents rare, fragile and sensitive audio materials for Baylor University’s Gospel Music Collection.

Billie Peterson-Lugo
Director, Resources and Collection Management Services
Manages the RCMS area and provides assistance to library staff and clients with BEARdocs, electronic resources, Refworks, TurnItIn, seminars, copyright questions, and more.

Allyson Riley
Digitization Technology Support Specialist
Coordinates workflow, student worker training, and technology support for digitization projects.

Denyse Rodgers
Assistant Director, Library Information Systems
Provides assistance to library staff and clients with BearCat, electronic resources, technology purchasing, teleconferences, webinars, and more.

Brenda Anderson
Information Specialist / Course Reserves
Manages the library's course reserves, both print and electronic.

Darryl Stuhr
Assistant Director for Digital Projects Group
Identifies, coordinates, and manages digitization projects that are developed from library and other university research resources.

Darlene Youts
Electronic Library Coordinator
Provides assistance to library staff and clients with room scheduling, collection of statistics, equipment inventory, general office assistance, and more.
