Purpose & Description

The primary purpose of the Dottie S. Riley Conference Room is for library sponsored presentations and meetings with high priority given to conferencing meetings. This space is also available to students during limited hours, please see information below for hours and reservations.

The basic layout seats 10-12. Flexible furniture allows for a variety of uses and minimal additional seating is possible.

Scheduling priorities

Priority will be given in order to:

  1. Library sponsored presentations and meetings
  2. Other Baylor organizations requiring high-definition video conferencing
  3. Other Baylor organizations
  4. Student groups of 4 or more (6pm - 6am, and on weekends only)


Note to students:  The room must be reserved ahead, and may checked out for up to three (3) hours at a time.
