The upcoming health and wellness addition to the peer leadership program is such an exciting thing! The Wellness Department exists to help Baylor students be the best version of themselves, and I think this class is a catalyst to that happening. For one, peer leadership is a powerful medium for reaching students, especially when it comes to health and wellness. Also, Baylor's current and future leaders will learn the knowledge and skills associated with a holistically healthy life, which I believe will have dramatic effects on them and those they lead. I'm thrilled to be a part of this program and can't wait to see what comes of it.
