FLO Mission Statement

The mission of the Freshman Leadership Organization is to develop individual leadership skills in a group environment through developmental training, service opportunities, and relationship building.

FLO is looking for students who want to affect change in their personal environments and the world at large. The Freshman Leadership Organization upholds the Academy for Leader Development & Civic Engagement's Statement of Diversity.
