Fellow Program

The Academy for Leader Development & Civic Engagement Fellow Program is designed for students of any background or academic major who are interested in the concept of leadership. Students self-select into the program by agreeing to pursue a series of curricular and co-curricular commitments. Once these commitments are accomplished, a student is recognized by the Academy as a "Fellow." In addition to heightened awareness and personal growth, students completing the program will be honored with a certificate of accomplishment and Academy
medallion. Furthermore, Fellows of the Academy will have developed a
portfolio of experiences that should ultimately result in a thoughtful
understanding of the complexity of leadership and change in a diverse
democracy.
