Created in 2011, the Peer Leader positions are advanced leadership opportunities for students who want to help guide, educate, support and teach their fellow Baylor students.
Program Mission Statement
The Baylor University Peer Leader Program connects students with university-experienced peers to help them successfully navigate their time at Baylor by making meaningful connections to the University and promotes the educational growth, leadership skills, and personal development of upper-year peer leaders.
How to Apply
The Peer Leader application is a 2-fold process - both an online application and an in-person interview.
The application will open January 13th and close February 7th. After filling out the application, you will also need to sign up for an interview and turn in your disciplinary release form in the Student Learning & Engagement office located in the East Village Dining Commons (Suite 100). We will notify you before Spring Break of your acceptance status.
If you are a faculty member who would like to recommend a potential peer leader, please email your recommendation to Lizzy Davis or Joshua Donath. You can do this any time of the year.
