Baylor Law School’s Veterans’ Assistance Clinic receives Texas Access to Justice Foundation Grant
The Texas Access to Justice Foundation has awarded Baylor Law School a grant to support the continuing effort to provide Texas military veterans free legal aid. The $22,000 grant, will help fund Baylor Law School’s Veterans’ Assistance Clinic.

Libby King Named 2014 Young Baylor Lawyer of the Year
Dean Brad Toben announced Libby King (JD '01) as the 2014 Young Baylor Lawyer of the Year. "Libby is a wonderful example of a young Baylor Lawyer," Toben said. “She is dedicated to the Law School not only because it is her alma mater, but also because she truly believes in Baylor Law’s mission to create great lawyers and serve the community."
Advanced Trial Advocacy Course Hosted by Baylor Law
This summer, Baylor Law School was host to the Texas District & County Attorneys Association's (TDCAA) advanced trial advocacy course. This course focused on teaching Texas prosecutors how to increase their effectiveness in the courtroom at trial.
