Ryan Johnson is a partner of Beard Kultgen Brophy Bostwick Dickson & Squires, LLP. Mr. Johnson has experience representing a variety of businesses and individuals on commercial and business litigation and arbitration as well as product liability matters. Mr. Johnson has successfully prosecuted claims involving contractual disputes, violations of non-competition agreements, trademark and trade-secret disputes, employment discrimination disputes, product liability and serious personal injury claims, securities claims and inverse condemnation. Additionally, Mr. Johnson has defended clients on a variety of matters including general negligence, professional negligence, fraud, contractual disputes, employment and wrongful termination disputes, construction-related disputes and real estate matters. Mr. Johnson currently serves as an adjunct professor at Baylor Law School where he teaches a class on arbitration.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Johnson was formerly employed as an engineering consultant for Compaq Computer Corporation and Hewlett-Packard in Houston, Texas.
