David Dickson is a founding partner of Beard Kultgen Brophy Bostwick & Dickson, LLP and has been representing business and individual clients for 30 years primarily in real estate, bankruptcy, commercial litigation, estate planning and probate matters. Mr. Dickson regularly represents parties in transactions involving the purchase and sale of business entities, complex business transactions, negotiates bankruptcy and business-related settlements and represents several banking institutions.
