Monica Wright has worked for Baylor University since April 1997 and joined the CDO in May 2001. She manages the day-to-day operations of the Career Development Office. She handles the logistics of Baylor Law's on-campus interview programs, off-campus job fairs, job postings and reciprocity requests. She assists the students and the Director by providing administrative support to the Career Development Office and responds to students, prospective students, alumni and employer inquiries about the services and programs of the Career Development Office.
In January 2011, Monica received an Outstanding Staff Award from Baylor University
Monica is a native of Waco. Her husband of 30 years, Danny, daughter Natalie and son-in-law Travis are all Baylor graduates. She also counts her two spoiled dogs, Max and Duke, and "granddogs," Petey and Rueger, as members of the family.
In her spare time, Monica likes to attend Baylor athletic events and is a season-ticket holder for football, men's and women's basketball and baseball. She and Danny also are members of the Bear Foundation. Sic 'Em Bears!
