About the CDO

An interview is probably the key part of a job search. If you have been in practice for a few years you may have gone through the interview process both as an interviewer and an inteviewee. If so, you have some general ideas about the process. This link will take you to a page with information about interviewing for for Current Students.

In addition to common interview questions, you will have to prepare for questions about each of your previous legal employers, especially if you are leaving a current position. You must be candid about the reasons you have moved from previous jobs, and the reasons that have brought you to apply for the current position. The CDO has resources available to assist you, so don't hesitate to call us to discuss interviews in job-changing circumstances.
