Angela Cruseturner, Assistant Dean of Career Development
Angela joined the CDO in 2011 after serving as the Director of Admissions and Student Recruitment for Baylor Law School. Following graduation from Baylor Law in 2002, Angela worked as a staff attorney for Pakis, Giotes, Page and Burleson, P.C., and then served as a staff attorney at the Tenth Court of Appeals. Angela oversees the Career Development Office and is involved in all aspects of CDO services, including counseling students on their career choices and opportunities. She also coordinates recruiting efforts with potential employers, and conducts a variety of career information and education programs for students.
Daniel Hare, Director of Career Development - Employer Relations
Daniel Hare serves as the Director of Career Development - Employer Relations, a position he began in September of 2012. Daniel's primary responsibility is to develop and maintain relationships with employers. Daniel returned to Baylor Law School after a stint as Director of Athletics at NCAA Division II Western Oregon University, and before that Director of Athletic Compliance at the University of Central Oklahoma. While attending Baylor Law School, Hare spent the summer of 2007 interning at CBS College Sports (formerly CSTV, Inc.) in New York City. From 2003-2006, he served as Athletic Development Officer in the Baylor Bear Foundation. Hare got his start working in men's basketball at the University of Oklahoma (OU), his undergraduate and graduate alma maters.
Monica Wright, Office Manager
Monica has worked for Baylor University since April 1997 and joined the CDO in May 2001. She manages day-to-day operations and handles logistics for our on-campus interview programs, off-campus job fairs, job postings and reciprocity requests. She provides administrative support and responds to students, prospective students, alumni and employer inquiries about CDO services and programs.
