When main campus resets all students in early January due to them being on a semester system, each law student's balance is set to $21 with the exception of each PC student whose balance is set to $49.
If you feel you lost any pages due to printer issues, please request a refund at https://print.baylor.edu/user. If you need more pages added to your account please use the request form found at http://www.baylor.edu/law/Technology/index.php?id=86474. You will only be charged one (1) page per duplex page. In other words one (1) page single-sided is the same as one (1) page that is printed on front and back, so it is recommended you print two (2) sided unless one (1) sided only is needed.
The system does not distinguish between a black and white or color print job. It simply charges you four (4) pages for every one (1) color page. Instructions on how to print as well as how to set up printing on your laptop can be found at http://www.baylor.edu/pawprints/.
Only our printers in the computer lab, student lounge, and circulation area are in the print charge system. Printers in the main campus lab are affected by this as well. Lexis and Law Review printers are NOT affected by the charge system.
