Police write upcitations, sieze kegs at party

Baylor Police Break Up Party, Issue Citations

Baylor Department of Public Safety broke up a party of approximately 50 to 75 people on the 1800 block of South 18th Street early Sunday morning, confiscating four kegs of beer and two 5-gallon water coolers of another alcoholic substance. The Baylor Police also issued several alcohol-related citations to minors.

One minor tried to flee the scene of the party and was cited for a minor consuming alcohol and charged with evading arrest.

Car Stolen from behind the SUB

A 1993 Buick LeSabre with dealer plates was stolen from the parking lot located behind the Bill Daniel Student Center between 4 p.m. and midnight Thursday. The Baylor Police have no suspects.

All-Terrain Vehicle Stolen from Baseball Field

A Gator all-terrain vehicle was stolen from the Baylor Ballpark on Friday. It was later recovered undamaged at the 1700 block of South 10th Street. The Baylor Police have no suspects in the case.

Stereo Stolen from Truck

A stereo/compact disc player was stolen from a truck parked at Baylor Plaza I. The Baylor Police have no suspects in the case.

Wallet Stolen from SLC Locker

A wallet and credit cards were stolen from a locker in the men's locker room in the McLane Student Life Center. The Baylor Police have no suspects in the case.
