Guest to speak on developing nations

Timothy Frankenberger of CARE-USA will speak on 'Social Network Security in Developing Nations' at 4 p.m. today in the Cowden Room, on the third floor of the Bill Daniel Student Center. Frankenberger is the senior food and household livelihood and security advisor of CARE-USA, which is a non-governmental organization that works with people in developing countries.

Paul A. Rahe, professor of history at the University of Tulsa, will be the 1999 Roy B. Albaugh lecturer for Phi Beta Kappa at 3:30 p.m. today in Miller Chapel. 'Don Corleone, Multiculturalist' will be the topic of his speech, which is based on a book chapter, 'Don Vito Corleone, Friendship, and the American Regime,' which appeared in 'Reinventing the American People: Unity and Diversity Today,' edited by Robert Royal.
