Visitor Internet Access (VIA) Service Launched

The Baylor Libraries now offer internet access to campus visitors. The service is a response to numerous requests from prospective students and their parents, members of the Waco community and visiting scholars. While other, more efficient options exist for department-sponsored scholars and conference attendees, the VIA program is designed to meet the needs of the occasional or short-term visitor.

A visitor must present a government-issued photo ID and complete a VIA usage agreement. Guests under 18 years must have an adult complete the form and take responsibility for use of the account. The VIA service is currently offered on the 1st floor of Jones Library. Visitors should inquire at the Reference Desk to request the service. Additional future sites for the service include Armstrong Browning Library, the Baylor Collections of Political Materials and the Texas Collection.
