From the Dean
With my appointment as vice president for finance and administration, I am stepping down as chief information officer and dean of libraries. I have been interim vice president for nearly two years and look forward to continuing in this challenging position.
Due to a shared vision and the hard work of many, I believe the Libraries are in a better position than when I became dean only four short years ago. I have truly enjoyed working with the staff of the Baylor 21st Century Libraries, who are dedicated to serving our students and the university. They are fine people, and I have no doubt they will continue this trend of dedicated service along with Interim Dean of Libraries Bill Hair.
I want to assure the staff of the Libraries and the campus community that I will continue to work for improved resources for our students and faculty. I am optimistic about the future as we strive to achieve our shared goals.
