Library Fellows' Projects 2004-2005

Library Fellows’ donations funded or partially funded all of the following:

•Twelve iPods for the "Audio Reserves 2Go" program

•Six Spanish Bibles from the 16th and 17th centuries in microform (these primary source materials are used mainly by seminary students and faculty)

•A facsimile of The Prayer Book of Anne De Bretagne (ca. 1500) primarily for use by the Great Texts Program students

•Four Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs) for use by Client Services staff to assist those using PDAs

•New archival covers for the Mrs. J. W. Jennings Collection of Medieval Music Manuscripts and Early Printed Music, 12 of the library’s oldest manuscripts, to aid in preservation

•Restoration and cleaning of a donated painting of Dr. Rufus C. Burleson which now hangs in the Leach Conference Room, Moody Library

•Support for the materials budgets of the Armstrong Browning Library, Baylor Collections of Political Materials and The Texas Collection
