Vice President for Information Technology and Dean of University Libraries

Welcome to the Office of the Vice President for Information Technology and Dean of University Libraries. I lead the university-wide information technology organization that provides administrative and academic technology services, technology infrastructure, and library services and support for digital assets.

I am a 2000 Frye Fellow and a former faculty member for the EDUCAUSE Institute Management Program. During my career, I have been involved in many professional associations including EDUCAUSE, ECAR, CLAC, NERCOMP, Texas Digital Library, Internet 2, CNI, and LEARN. Presently I serve on the EDUCAUSE Board of Directors, the Coalition for Networked Information National Steering Committee, the LEARN Board of Trustees, the Texas Digital Library Board of Directors and the Texas Women in Higher Education Board of Directors. Locally, I lead the Baylor University Sustainability Committee and serve on the Board of Directors for the Waco-McLennan County United Way.

My office is located on the Garden Level of Moody Memorial Library. I maintain a busy schedule, but am glad to meet with you by appointment or when I am in the office. Please contact my assistant, Cynthia Coward, to schedule an appointment by email or at (254) 710-3200.
