Some Baylor University Blackberry users experienced a disruption of email service to and from their devices starting around 3:00 pm until around 7:00 pm Thursday February 12, 2009. No incoming messages were lost and all messages were ultimately delivered correctly. ITS staff were quickly engaged and worked diligently to determine the issues involved. A series of restarts of servers and devices resolved the problem.
