Have You Used Alumni Search?

Alumni Search is a Web-based application developed jointly by ITS and University Development. It is available for use by all faculty and staff for official Baylor business purposes and provides quick access to information on specific University alumni and friends. Alumni Search retrieves data from the central alumni/development database (the Banner Alumni/Development System). It provides a constituent's current residence, business and email addresses, employment information, and a list of degrees and Baylor activities, as stored in the database. People can be found by name or by a combination of major and degree year. (e.g. Sociology majors who got their degrees in 1980-1985)

The system also includes a link to a form that allows updated information about the constituent to be emailed to University Development. In this way, all of us can help keep the University's alumni database up-to-date.

To reach Alumni Search, click the Faculty & Staff link on the Baylor home page and then select Alumni Search under Tools & Services. Access is secured by Bear ID and password. The system checks to insure users are current Baylor employees. Contact the Help Line at 4357 with any problems using Alumni Search.
