ITS Client Services Hardware Repair Group Temporarily Relocate

In preparation for the planned reconstruction of the Baylor Bookstore, the ITS Client Services Hardware Repair group will temporarily relocate to the first floor of the Marrs McLean Science Building beginning Monday, June 13. They will remain in this location through the end of the fall semester. Upon completion of the Bookstore renovations, they will return to the newly restored area. Services will be temporarily impacted by the move as this area will be packing on Thursday and Friday, June 9 and 10. Plans are to be fully operational by Wednesday, June 15. They will continue to take all service calls, but response times will be impacted during the move. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Kenneth Glomb, Manager of Hardware Support and his staff, Mark Janek, Eddie Roessler, Jesse Segura, and Andrew Stripling will setup a temporary location on the first floor wing of Marrs McLean Science Building where the old physics lab were located. This group services all the Apple and Dell computers, as well as the standard Hewlett Packard printers used by faculty and staff throughout the departments on campus. They will also assist any faculty, staff or students with Airbear setup on their computers. Baylor faculty, staff and students have the option to bring their personal computer equipment to the Repair Center where services are performed on a parts and labor basis. Personal repairs will resume on Monday, June 20.
