Tivoli Information - Macintosh Only

This is to alert all Macintosh clients that it is imperative that all Macintosh clients backup all document folders to a flash drive or other external media until this regularly scheduled service is restored.
ITS technical staff is presently testing a solution for the Macintosh Tivoli client. Our investigation is still ongoing. If you are running the Macintosh OS X operating system, a client initiated backup can be performed during regular business hours so that they can be monitored. Please call the Help Desk for assistance.
