Peoplesoft/Trax Financial System unavailable Dec 23 through 8 AM Jan 3.Jan. 3, 2005
Beginning 5:30 PM Thursday, December 23 through 8:00 AM January 3 Peoplesoft/Trax Financial System will be unavailable. Beginning January 3, all Trax users will conduct financial business through the internet. TRAX users will not be able to log on to the new system until they have attended training. To register for the training, go to www.baylor.edu/pod and click Seminar On-Line Registration located in the left column. Click Browse All Seminars and look for "TRAX (PeopleSoft 8.8) Upgrade Training".
Important Deadlines: To have a purchase order sent to a vendor before January 3, 2005, you must budget check and approve your requisition by 5:00 PM on December 22. To have an accounts payable check before January 5, 2005, you must enter your voucher and have the appropriate documentation to Accounts Payable by 5:00 PM on Monday, December 20.
