During the evening hours, we experienced unforeseen significant disruptions in our datacenter systems. ITS staff worked throughout the night to address the issues, which have required restarting of many university technology services. While most systems are now operational, Banner (BearWeb) and Trax are not yet stable. Also, some other lingering issues may be uncovered.
We will continue to update the DOWN line (710-DOWN) and the ITS website as new information is available. We appreciate the patience of those affected by the outages.
If you are having trouble with a system or service, please report that to the ITS Help Desk at 254-710-4357/HELP. Also, keep in mind that some devices like printers may require restarting to return to a normal state.
