How?If your password still works, go to the password change page. Log in using your BearID and password, and follow the prompts.
If your password has stopped working, go to the password reset page. After verifying your identity, you will be instructed to answer the security questions that you chose when you originally set your BearID password. Once the correct answers are verified, you will be instructed to set a new password.
