If your password has stopped working, go to the Password Reset link and enter your BearID and then click on the "Forgot your password?" link. This option to allows you to answer your security questions. If you would like to receive a reactivation code via text message to your cell phone (if you have your cell phone set up in the system), go to the SMS Reset portion of the Password and Account Managment portal.
Restart your computer after you have changed your password. Faculty and staff must restart their computers to synchronize all Baylor systems that use the BearID and password for access. If you do not restart, email, printing and others systems will not function properly.
