If your password has stopped working, go to the password reset page. After verifying your identity, you will be instructed to answer the security questions that you chose when you originally set your BearID password. Once the correct answers are verified, you will be instructed to set a new password.
Restart your computer after you have changed your password. Faculty and staff must restart their computers to synchronize all Baylor systems that use the BearID and password for access to the new password. If you do not restart, email, printing and others systems will not function properly.
