Call Bill: Phone Traces and potential billing services
Call Queuing: Administration and maintenance of the T-Metrics call queuing system. This includes the initial consultation with the department, installation of the software, programming changes, recordings, monitoring and training of the users.
E-911 System: Software and Database administration
Local and Long Distance Billing: Work closely with the Business Affairs segment of ITS to handle billing issues.
PBX Administration and Maintenance: Repairs, software updates and programming including special features such as announcements, merging of service and menus on the four Nortel PBX switches on campus.
Special Events: Handle special request for Media, Athletic, Regents, Departmental and Construction
Telephone Cable Plant: Designs, installs, administers, and maintains Baylor's outdoor and indoor cable plant.
Telephones (Adds/Moves/Changes/Repairs/Programming): Currently there are over 7,500 analog, digital and IP telephone sets on campus.
Voice Mail: Administration and maintenance of the Nortel Call Pilot system including programming for menu services, announcement services, time of day services and unified messaging.
