Directory Services: Directory and authentication services are primarily based on Active Directory, and provide user and authentication services for most enterprise campus systems.

Disaster Avoidance and Disaster Recovery: Lead in investigating, evaluation and recommending processes and solutions for the recovery of the datacenter and services in the event of a disaster

Domain Name Services: Domain Name Services (DNS) provides machine name to address translation. This allows networked computers to communicate with each other based on names instead of long numbers.

Storage Area Network: Support two storage area networks (SANs) that provide consolidated storage for several applications including email, printing and file sharing, Banner, PeopleSoft, Khalix, and Xythos. The SANs are an excellent combination of enterprise reliability and performance and are fully scalable to meet our unpredictable storage growth requirements.

VMWare Server virtalization: Virtualization of servers will be looked back at as one of the greatest advances for Datacenter. The server group has thoroughly investigated and currently implementing VM "farms" that will have a significant positive impact on future costs.

Windows Server Update Services: This service allows ITS to download software and system updates directly from Microsoft for electronic deployment to Windows computers.
