Internet Explorer

Description Windows Internet Explorer (formerly Microsoft Internet Explorer), and commonly abbreviated to IE, is a series of proprietary graphical web browsers developed by Microsoft and included as part of the Microsoft Windows line of operating systems starting in 1995.

For home use:

Available for free download on Microsoft's website




Level A - Baylor Standard

During normal business hours, the Help Desk is available to respond immediately to questions

on the currently supported version of software. If the Help Desk is unable to answer the question,

a Heat ticket will be recorded and sent to the second-tier reponse team. Software at this level is

supported by serveral individuals responsible and every attempt will be made to respond to

the ticket in a timely fashion.
