Undergraduate students who wish to pursue a career within Health Education will find a variety of programs within the Department of Health, Human Performance, and Recreation. These programs include Community Health, All Level Physical Education, and Health Education as a specialization for the Elementary Education certificate. See below for contact information.
At the graduate level, the Department of Health, Human Performance, and Recreation has several programs that focus on Health Education. These programs include a Master of Public Health degree with an emphasis in Community Health Education and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Nutrition, and Health Promotion.
