In direct response to faculty and staff input, Human Resources is pleased to announce that Michael C. Fina, the leading provider of global employee reward, recognition, and incentive solutions, is our new Service Anniversary partner.

Beginning with the 2013 Annual Service Awards program, a new Baylor signature "Recognition Packet" will be presented to service award recipients. The Recognition Packets will be provided to service award recipients during the ceremony and will contain a personalized letter and gift catalog from which the recipient may choose a gift. Instructions will be included in the packets to assist recipients with ordering their chosen gift.

The Lifestyles Recognition gift catalog offers a wide selection of gifts-everything from electronics and kitchen gadgets to outdoor equipment, as well as more traditional items, such as the Baylor service anniversary pins, jewelry, and crystal.

Faculty and staff are recognized for service starting at five years, and every five years thereafter at our Annual Service Awards program.
