Baylor offers the following services for addressing workplace problems and issues:


Client Relationship Managers (CRMs)

Each staff member has a designated CRM, specific to their department, who can offer coaching and guidance.


Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

A completely anonymous and confidential resource that offers counseling, resources and other support for personal and work-related problems and issues.


EthicsPoint

A simple risk-free way to anonymously and confidentially report activities that may involve criminal, unethical, or otherwise inappropriate behavior in violation of Baylor’s policies.
