The main purpose of the HR Center for Learning & Leadership is to provide education and training to the employees of Baylor University so they may, in turn, serve the organization to fulfill the University’s mission and vision. Through various venues, HRCLL provides employees and supervisors the opportunities to develop the skills and knowledge they need to achieve their performance goals. These opportunities teach and reinforce the University’s core competencies and are usually free of charge to Baylor employees. Please explore the areas below to learn more about how HRCLL supports employees and supervisors through education and training.
HRCLL offers regularly-scheduled sessions of a variety of professional development classes. Before registering for these classes, please review the registration instructions and cancellation policy. You may access the registration system and class schedule on this page as well.
Online development delivery allows employees to complete training in their own office at their own pace, as well as review information when immediately applicable.
