The Honors College has both need- and merit-based scholarships, which primarily support tuition for Baylor Honors college students. However, scholarship funds also can help defray the cost of study abroad and mission trips with an academic component.
To date, the following are endowed scholarships of the Honors College:
Joseph and Kelly Armes Endowed Scholarship:
The Joseph & Kelly Armes Family Endowed Scholarship is a merit-based award for academically gifted incoming Honors College freshmen and current Honors College students who maintain a 3.6 GPA.
Tommye Lou Davis Endowed Scholarship:
The Tommye Lou Davis Endowed Scholarship offers need-based aid for academically gifted incoming and current undergraduate students enrolled in the Honors College, with preference given to those studying Classics.
Ted and Sue Getterman Endowed Scholarship:
The Ted and Sue Getterman Endowed Scholarship provides a merit-based award for academically gifted incoming Honors College freshmen and current Honors College students who maintain a 3.6 GPA.
C. Clifton Robinson and Betsy Sharp Robinson Endowed Scholarship:
The C. Clifton Robinson and Betsy Sharp Robinson Endowed Scholarship created a need-based scholarship for academically gifted incoming Honors College freshmen and current Honors College students who maintain a 3.6 GPA.
