Meet the Medical Clinic Staff!
Medical Director, Sharon Stern, M.D.
Dr. Stern received her Bachelor of Arts with honors from the University of Texas in 1982. She received her Medical Degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in May of 1987. She completed her residence in Family Medicine at Memorial Southwest Hospital in Houston, Texas from 1987-1990. Dr. Stern has been Board Certified in Family Practice since 1991 and is a member of both the Texas Academy of Family Physicians and the American Academy of Physicians. Dr. Stern is married to her husband, Charlie and has three daughters, Sarah, Emily and Rachel. She enjoys directing the children's choir at her church and sings in several choirs and ensembles.
Staff Physician - Linda Williams, M.D.
Dr. Williams graduated from Rice University with an area major in Human Development (anthropology, psychology, biology) in 1974 and from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston in 1978. She completed the Family Practice Program in Waco and has been Board Certified by the American Board of Family Practice since 1981. Dr. Williams is a fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians since 1984. Dr. Williams is active in service related activities at Compassion Ministries with her church and in other associations relating to her interests. Dr. Williams has been married for 30 years and has one daughter currently attending Baylor. Her interests are traveling, reading, gardening, antiques and running her bed and breakfast in Waco.
Staff Physician - Ronald Bradshaw, M.D., FAAFP
 Dr. Bradshaw earned his Bachelor in Business Administration from Baylor University in 1981 and Master of Science in Accountancy from the University of Houston in 1984. He was a practicing Certified Public Accountant before completing medical school at the University of Texas Medical School at Galveston in 1988. He completed his residency at the McLennan County Family Practice Residency Program in Waco in 1991 and a Fellowship in Academic Medicine in 1995. Dr. Bradshaw has been board-certified in Family Medicine since 1991 and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Bradshaw's professional experience includes several years in private practice, followed by five years as Assistant Professor and Vice Chair in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas, where he enjoyed teaching medical students and residents at the Parkland/St. Paul Family Practice Residency Program. Dr. Bradshaw has been a full-time staff physician at the Baylor University Health Center since February 2000. He serves as a primary advisor for general medical issues to the Baylor University Athletic Department and teaches a course in Athletic Medicine in Health and Human Performance at Baylor University. He and his wife, Lynn, met as Baylor students and have two children, Ben, a current Baylor student and Elizabeth who is in high shool. Dr. Bradshaw is an active member of Redeemer Presbyterian Church in Waco.
Staff Physician - Melisa Benham, M.D.

Staff Nurse Practitioner - Linda Bostwick, BSN, MN, FNP
Linda graduated from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She received her Masters of Nursing from the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington. Linda has been certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner since 1980. She has over 30 years of experience in nursing to include adolescent medicine, neonatal intensive care at Johns Hopkins, emergency room and family practice nursing in Waco. Linda has taught courses in the Nursing program at McLennan Community College for seven years. Linda is married and has three children, two in college and one in graduate school. Her hobbies include tennis, running, yoga and reading.
Staff Nurse Practitioner- Lisa MacMaster, RN, FNP-C, BSE, BSN, MSN
Lisa graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Science in Education in 1989 and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1991. Following graduation, Lisa worked as a Registered Nurse for over 10 years in areas including liver transplantation, pediatrics, home health, family practice and cardiology. Lisa received a Masters of Science degree from Texas Woman's University Houston branch and she is currently certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners with prescriptive authority privileges in the state of Texas. She completed an adolescent health care fellowship program at Texas Children's Hospital in Houston and graduated from the Leadership Education in Adolescent Health Program. Lisa has been married to her husband, Charlie, for thirteen years, and has identitical twin eleven year old boys, Benjamin and Caleb. Her hobbies include reading, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
NURSES: The nursing staff consists of nine full time RN's and one full time LVN.
