Stationery

Consistent and coordinated use of Baylor University visual identity elements on stationery is a vital part of preserving and enhancing the value of the Baylor University brand. Baylor University has one official academic and administrative format for letterhead, envelopes, mailing labels, and business cards.

The Athletic Department has only one official format using the spirit wordmark for stationery items.

These items may be ordered online through the Printing Procurement Office (PPO).

Academic and Administrative Letterhead

There is one approved stationery format for academic and administrative departments. Official letterhead is printed on an approved paper stock and should be ordered online through the Printing Procurement Office. Do not create/design stationery; order the approved items through PPO.

A few units of the University have unit-specific secondary marks that were authorized and approved for use prior to June 2006; those units may use the existing secondary mark on the official letterhead in one of two ways:

  • It may be printed as a 15 percent screen or watermark across the midsection of the stationery;
  • It may be printed at the bottom as a 35 percent screen just above the department name and return address within the required boundaries.

No other designs are available to academic or administrative departments of the University.

The correct address for the University is One Bear Place followed by the departmental box number, Waco, TX and the ZIP Code 76798 followed by a hyphen and the last four digits of the departmental box number. For example, the address for the Provost's Office would be:

Baylor University
Office of the Provost
One Bear Place #97014
Waco, TX 76798-7014
