Last year our program pursued membership in Upsilon Phi Delta – a national honor society in health administration sponsored by the Association of University Professors in Health Administration (AUPHA) - the major professional organization in health administration. To be eligible for UPD membership, a student or an alumnus, must be in good standing with the program, be recommended by the program director, and have achieved a 3.5 GPA. To read more about UPD, please visit:
At the top of this page please see an application form for Army-Baylor Program UPD membership. If you are an alumnus in good standing with a 3.5 GPA, you may apply for UPD membership.
Upon successful review of the application, your enrolment will be made, and a certificate and welcome letter will be mailed to you.
Our goal in pursuing honor society membership is to give students and alumni an opportunity to demonstrate academic excellence, participate as student-professionals in a nationally recognized honor society, and join an organization that helps market the creditability, quality and legitimacy of our own program. Additionally, recognition by a national honor society is something that alumni and students can place on their CV's and carry with them long after they graduate from Baylor as an imprimatur of personal achievement.
