Dear Incoming Students,
Congratulations on your selection for attendance at the Army – Baylor University Masters in Health and Business Administration Program. You will join a long line of more than 2,400 distinguished alumni who serve our country in the most senior leadership positions of management and health administration in both the Federal Health System and general health community.
You will be attending a highly regarded Program that is one of the pioneers in graduate health administration. The Program was created in 1947 and became affiliated with Baylor University in 1951. The Program is accredited by both the Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Management Education (CAHME) and the Association for Advancement of Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). Our long-standing affiliation with Baylor University as a strategic academic partner provides access to resources for the Program and diplomas for our students from one of the finest academic institutions in the country. Finally, your Army-Baylor Program is ranked in the Top 20 by U.S. News and World Report among accredited graduate health administration programs.
We have high standards aligned with our strategic theme of "Educating the Next Generation of Federal Healthcare Executives." Be prepared for a high-quality, rigorous graduate education experience. Service as an Army-Baylor graduate student is a full-time endeavor, but you will have ample opportunities to spend quality time with your family and to enjoy the benefits of an assignment in the San Antonio/Southwest Texas area. I aim for you to receive a first-rate education and to enjoy the experience.
Please let us know if we can be of any assistance in your transition to the Program.
Take care and safe travels!
