Top-tier Facilities

Baylor University has a proven commitment to providing graduate students with top-tier research facilities.

The campus is home to state-of-the-art research facilities, as well as beautiful museums and art galleries, world-class research libraries and exceptional fine arts center.

The University recently opened the Baylor Research & Innovation Collaborative (BRIC) to provide a unique blend of university research, industry, workforce development and training, public symposia, and business start-up support space focused on science and engineering. The BRIC is housed in the renovated General Tire plant.

In 2004, the University opened the 500,000-square-foot Baylor Sciences Building, which houses the Departments of Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Geology, Physics, and Psychology/Neuroscience, and includes 33 classrooms, approximately 160 faculty offices, and more than 150 teaching and research labs.

At Baylor, graduate students learn in an environment designed to help them discover how to think critically, analyze to reach informed conclusions and contribute to their academic disciplines.
