Ms. Janet Dorrell, co-founder of Mission Waco and Church Under the Bridge, gave a presentation on poverty and homelessness in Waco and internationally, speaking of the nature of the problem, her experiences at Mission Waco, and what graduate students can do to help. Ms. Dorrell's presentation included a slideshow on her work in Waco and abroad. Following her presentation, Ms. Dorrell led a lively discussion.
