It is important to format your Dissertation or Thesis in the appropriate style. Begin with the Manuals of Style to correctly identify which style guide is appropriate for your discipline and department. Once that has been determined, follow through the rest of the formatting areas to learn about the specifics of formatting for your dissertation or thesis.

Each semester a Formatting Workshop will be offered. ITS also has arranged for open lab time for dissertation/thesis students to receive help. Check out the times and dates that each of these items are available.

No registration necessary and the information will be the same at each meeting. The 911 Workshop will address formatting problems you may encounter, especially for those using MS Word and Adobe PDF.
