Baylor in Germany ("BiG") allows students to earn six credit hours in language and culture while traveling and studying in Germany with Baylor professors. Classes with skilled instructors in Dresden's summer language program make this program a fantastic opportunity for intensive German study and cultural enrichment.
Our next BiG trip will take place July 11 to August 14, 2010. Destinations before arrival in Dresden include Mainz, Weimar and Berlin. Classes in Dresden at the Technische Universität take place for 4 weeks thereafter.
Information about the program is available here as a downloadable brochure. Get your name on the interest list for 2010 by e-mailing Dr. Wisely now. Then follow the directions below. Next meeting: mid-January 2010. Make sure you're on our mailing list!
Click on the "Apply Now" button. After you have followed the requested steps, return to this screen and download the program application, fill it out, and return it by December 1, 2009 with a $500 deposit to Dr. Wisely in Old Main 208. If you are a German major or minor, you may also want to consider applying for a German Division scholarship to help with tuition remission.
