Jennifer Good is an Associate Professor of German at Baylor University, having joined the faculty in 2003. She holds a Ph.D. in German Literature and Film from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Her research interests lie in the areas of East German (DEFA) films, post-war cultural projects including literature, politics and gender of the Cold War, and German Studies. In addition to teaching and scholarships, she is co-director of the Baylor in Germany program (join us for summer 2014!), and German Club adviser. She is associate director of the University Scholars Program in the Honors College and faculty-in-residence in Brooks Flats (home of the Global Community Living & Learning Community, GC-LLC). In her spare time, she hikes, travels, and runs marathons; she reads mysteries for entertainment.
Dr. Good recently participated in the prestigious Fulbright-sponsored Baden-Württemberg Seminar for American Faculty in German and German Studies. She has been appointed a Baylor Teaching Fellow for the 2013-2014 academic year.
