Tommye Lou Davis, Vice President for Constituent Engagement
Through various programs and activities over many decades, the Baylor Alumni Association has given its membership a means by which they can continue to engage in the life of the university and live out their full support of Baylor's unique and essential mission as an institution of higher education. High quality programs, such as the Heritage Club and the class ring program, need to be continued, and where possible, expanded. We look forward to continuing to celebrate lasting program traditions on our campus while also reaching out in new ways to Baylor alumni worldwide.
And by creating a representative Baylor Alumni Advisory Board (BAAB), the transition agreement between the BAA and Baylor will carry forward the time-honored Baylor tradition of alumni acting as advocates for Baylor and partners with Baylor's leadership. The BAAB will draw upon the immense wisdom, good will and enthusiasm of Baylor alumni, and in return members of the BAAB will be drawn into an even more meaningful relationship with their alma mater.
