Steven Pounders (right), an associate professor in the Department of Theatre Arts, serves as the Faculty-in-Residence at University House. The Faculty-in-Residence program at Baylor is designed to directly impact one of the key components of living-learning centers: to enhance faculty and student interaction outside of the classroom.
