Background:

Dr. Baier has a passion for teaching and strives to engage her students in ways that are meaningful. She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with families in the community and brings the wealth of her experience into the classroom. She is an avid horse enthusiast and rides her mare in the dressage arena whenever possible. Her mare also assists her from time to time in equine facilitated therapy. You may see her in the community with Michael, her service dog who does double duty as a therapy dog visiting hospitals and child care facilities.
