The Department of Family and Consumer Sciences at Baylor University will be hosting the Texas Council on Family Relations (TCFR) Annual Conference. This years theme will be entitled, "Promoting Healthy Families: Changing Families in Changing Times." TCFR is the state affiliate of the National Council on Family Relations. http://texascfr.net/
