Baylor Energy Awareness Day Wednesday

Oct. 1, 2013

During Baylor Energy Awareness Day, Baylor is hosting a campus-wide "Dark Hour," where individuals, offices, and departments, are asked to voluntarily strive to reduce their energy consumption.

You can participate by ensuring that lights are off in empty rooms and workstations, copy machines and printers are set to energy saver mode when not in use, and if possible, natural light is used in place of overhead lighting.

Activities include the All-Campus Dark Hour from 1:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m. There will be a table in the Bill Daniel Student Center with give-aways, activities and information.
