The first Purchasing Card cycle for the month has ended. If you used your card and had charges posted between May 21 and June 5, click on https://www.paymentnet.com/login.asp to review your transactions, make changes to default accounts, and add appropriate notes by 5:00 p.m., June 14.

This is the only reminder you will receive to review and add notes before the mapping of transactions to the General Ledger on Jun 16.

An Email will be sent at the end of the cycle month reminding you to print your Statement and Baylor Transaction Detail Report for the monthly period review and approval by your Approver.

Please remember that policy states that "failure to click in the "reviewed" box for all transactions and/or failure to add transaction notes to all transactions will result in the suspension of the card for a minimum of 30 days".
